Shipping Policy

We ship almost entirely via United States Postal Service (USPS) & SpeeDee Delivery. Upon placing an order, you will be able to calculate the cost of shipping* before selecting your payment option.

Under normal circumstances, most orders ship out within 24-48 hours. However, due to large order volumes, weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control, we will ship your order out as soon as possible.

* When you go to check out and review your order quantity and options, there will be a row for shipping between Tax charges and the total. You must enter the destination zip code (where you want the coffee to be shipped) and then select one of the available shipping options. Upon entering a destination zip code and seleting a shipping option, the cost will be instantly calculated and added to your total.

Payments Accepted

We currently only accept credit card payments for online purchases. If you have any questions about payment options or want to make an order by telephone, please call our store at (605) 339-7207.

Return Policy

Satisfaction with the products we sell is most important to use. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a replacement or refund of the purchase price. Shipping is non-refundable. Returns older than 14 days will be issued electronic store credit.
